Please contact us to inquire about non-member options.
Renova Health has partnered with Allie Macomber to offer all members initial care and support from a personal health coach, which is included free in your membership. Additional discounts are available for ongoing coaching needs.
Allie helps you look into the five main pillars of your health: sleep/relaxation, exercise/movement, nutrition/hydration, stress/resilience, and relationships/networks. She specifically addresses the three non-negotiables: digestion, sleep, and blood sugar balance. As a team, Dr. Fredette and Allie will address your total health, providing you action steps and handouts to move your health towards greater vitality. You will have the option to dive deeper with additional coaching sessions as needed.

MEET YOUR COACH
I am deeply passionate about empowering people to take ownership of their health and live their best lives. I believe the key to uncovering the root causes of health issues lies in educating people about the why behind their symptoms. Rather than simply addressing symptoms, I partner with my clients to peel back the layers and uncover what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we explore the deeper story of your body to restore balance and support healing—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
My fascination with natural health began long ago, but my professional journey into wellness started in 2018 when I became a certified yoga instructor. I was captivated by the human body’s innate ability to heal when given the right environment. This curiosity led me to dive into the world of herbal and functional medicine, and five years later, I became a Functional Nutrition Practitioner. My only regret? Not starting this journey sooner!
I take a holistic approach to wellness, focusing on whole, nutrient-dense foods and viewing food as medicine. I believe in the concept of bio-individuality—there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Each person is unique and deserves a personalized plan tailored to their specific needs. My goal is to help clients become students of their own bodies, a principle I strive to embody in my own life.
I am a proud Whatcom County native, living in Lynden with my husband and three children on my family’s berry farm. (Yes, I’m obsessed with berries and love my roots as a farm girl!)
In my free time, you’ll find me watching my kids play sports, practicing or teaching yoga, cooking, hiking, boating, traveling, or enjoying the outdoors with family and friends. My husband and I are also passionate about giving back to the community through the Be The One mentoring program and volunteering as a family at the Mount of Olives Orphanage in Mexico.
These days, life is a balance of “Ubering” my kids to their activities, preparing meals for my family, reading a good book, and finding joy in moments of connection and growth—both personally and with my clients.
