Dr. Fredette is a board certified family physician who brings together her decades of experience in medical care with her personal passion for dance and knowledge of dance medicine. She is equipped to address many aspects of health as it impacts the healing process for a performing or artistic athlete.
Functioning as the hub or central advocate for a patient’s health concern, Renay can help eliminate obstacles in the current system that are typical barriers to full recovery. She listens to her patients and acts on their behalf, so they experience the clarity and confidence that they are no longer alone in the healing journey.

Allie is fascinated with the human body and its innate ability to heal, when given the right environment… She takes a holistic view of eating whole foods and using food as healing medicine.
Allie acknowledges that we are all bio-individual, meaning there is no “one fix” that fits all people. Each person is unique and deserves an individualized plan for improving their health.

Erin is a RN/BSN with a passion for orthopedic nursing, dance coaching, conditioning and wellness instructing. She has been an active nurse for 16 years with experience in many fields, but her primary passion is orthopedics and rehabilitation; she loves to walk alongside patients and clients and support them on their journey to their best selves.
Erin brings a knowledgeable and caring contribution to patient care by assisting with IV services, special procedures, and helping with the holistic and full recovery excellent care that is provided. She is also a homeschooling mom of 3 and forever student.
